HUD Model Leases & Supporting Documents

These are Microsoft Word versions of the HUD leases posted by HUD on 12/2/2008.  O/As should always compare these to the leases posted in HUDClips at http://www.hud.gov/offices/adm/hudclips/forms/index.cfm.  These leases were posted with OMB approval number 2502-0204 and an expiration date of 3/31/2009.  Please note that the OMB approval number and the OMB expiration date have been removed because these are not “HUDClips leases”.  Rather, these are leases produced using Microsoft Word at the site or at the Home Office.  Please note Question #1 in the HUD Model Lease Q&A posted on this web site and on HUD’s web site at www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/mfh/rhiip/qnaonmodelleases.pdf for the definition of a HUDClips lease.  Also note HUD’s Software Vendor/In-house Developer HUD Forms Requirement Matrix which explains when OMB numbers and expiration dates are required.  This document is also available on this web site and on HUD’s web site at http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/mfh/rhiip/formsreqmatrix.pdf
