Correct 4350.3 Revision 1, Change 2 Posted on the New HUD Web Site

HUD has corrected the posting of the 4350.3 Revision 1, Change 2 on the new HUD web site.  You can access the Handbook online at http://www.hud.gov/offices/adm/hudclips/handbooks/hsgh/4350.3/index.cfm  or you can copy the information to your own hard drive.  You can also print a copy of the Handbook from this site.

RBD has updated the 4350.3 CD to reflect the release of Change 2.  The CD is now available for $65.00 for new users and $50 for customers who purchased the Change 1 version.  Mark has enhanced the CD to include more forms, enhanced links, and a more comprehensive “search engine”.
