TRACSMail Access Problem

It has been reported to HUD that there are problems accessing TRACSMail. The system is receiving, processing and forwarding data to TRACS, as well as sending return messages back to users. Unfortunately, it appears there are a limited number of available lines for people to dial into and as a
result people are receiving busy signals. TRACS is working with it's support contractors to identify and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
