Electronic 4350.3 Handbook REV-1, CHG-3:  Change 3 to Handbook 4350.3 REV-1, Occupancy Requirements of Subsidized Multifamily Housing Programs, was issued on June 23, 2009. We have converted this Handbook to an electronic format that includes a help feature, search capabilities, an interactive table of contents, "jump-to" links, enhanced index, and imbedded links.
