Updated April 2013 - Enterprise Income Verification FastForms CD:  In March, 2013, HUD released a HUD Housing Notice 13-06 which discusses the use of EIV including the requirements to for two new reports released in October 2012. The changes to requirements are minimal but we did have to update report names and include discussion about the “Not Verified” Report, the “No Income on 50059” Report and the “No Income from HHS or SSA” Report. We have edited some forms based on customer comments, we have updated the Repayment Agreement and we have added a new notice explaining the availability of HUD’s Housing Counseling Agency. Our EIV FastForms CD has always included two sample EIV Use Policies for HUD properties; we now include two sample EIV Use Policies for use when there is program layering, such as HUD and Tax Credit “layering” or HUD and 515 “layering”.
