Based on customer requests, we have added new online training classes available through July 2017. Below is a list of RBD Online Training Workshops currently scheduled.
RBD Online Training Workshop - EIV Income Discrepancies: This class focuses solely on HUD's EIV Income Reports with special focus on addressing information provided on HUD's EIV Income Discrepancy Report. Learn what the report means and how to properly address discrepancies, set up repayment agreements and document tenant files. Specifically designed to address instruction for HUD's Multifamily Housing programs.
RBD Online Training Workshop - ARs, IRs and Terminations: What are the proper steps required to ensure that Annual Certifications are completed on time? What happens when a resident is late? What is the 15-month rule? These are common questions about the AR process. When do I complete the IR? How can I reduce the number of IRs completed for my residents? Can I refuse to process an IR? When is it proper to terminate assistance? These are common questions about the IR process. Spend some time to discuss what happens in a "perfect world" and what happens in our world - which often isn't so "perfect."
RBD Online Training Workshop - The Violence Against Women (VAWA) Reauthorization Act of 2013 - HUD's Final Rule: SCHEDULED IN RESPONSE TO POPULAR REQUEST!!! This class provides an in-depth explanation of the requirements owner/agents who are developing and implementing new VAWA policies in response to HUD's VAWA Final Rule.
RBD Online Training Workshop - Fair Housing for Federally Funded Properties: In celebration of Fair Housing Month, we are offering our popular Fair Housing class. This class provides information about the Fair Housing Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Limited English Proficiency and VAWA.
RBD Online Training Workshop - TRACS Including TRACS version 2.0.3.A: This two-part class starts with an explanation about how the TRACS database works. We will explain what happens when you transmit data, what CAs are monitoring, what happens when your data gets to TRACS and how to respond to TRACS errors. We will also discuss TRACS reports and certification/voucher rules outlined in the MAT Guide. The second part of this class focuses on the upcoming release of TRACS version 2.0.3.A which is currently scheduled for release on August 1, 2017 with an implementation deadline of November 1, 2017. This is an early look at the TRACS update and curriculum has been specifically designed for monitoring agencies, compliance staff, support staff, etc. who will need more time to prepare for the release. We will be offering TRACS 2.0.3 training again as the release date approaches.

RBD Online Training Workshop - EIV Basics: This two-part class provides a "soup-to-nuts" explanation of HUD's requirements in regards to the Enterprise Income Verification System. We start with an explanation of Security and Policy requirements and then discuss use of each EIV report.
