Notice Term Tenancy Failure to Sign Repayment Agreement

When an owner/agent discovers that a resident failed to fully and accurately report income and that resulted in an improper payment, the resident may enter into repayment. However, if a resident refuses to sign required documents, the owner/agent must terminate tenancy (all MFH programs). This notice provides the required language to terminate tenancy because residents failed to sign a repayment agreement.
