With the release of the revised HOTMA Notice on 2/5/2024, and with the pending release of TRACS 2.0.3.A, there is a lot of new information for property management professionals working with HUD's Multifamily Housing Programs.
Based on new HUD guidance, HOTMA's implementation will be phased in throughout 2024 with 100% implementation due no later than January 1, 2025.
This gives owner/agents time to train and plan for upcoming changes.
