The OMB Approved form, to be used to request COVID-19 funds described in Housing Notice, H-2020-08 Availability of funds for COVID-19 Supplemental Payments for Properties Receiving Project-Based Rental Assistance under Section 8, Section 202, or Section 811 Programs is now available on HUDClips at https://www.hud.gov/sites/dfiles/OCHCO/documents/52671-E.pdf. 

This replaces the DRAFT of the form posted on HUD's Multifamily Housing web site. 

HUD is now making available additional CARES Act funds for supplemental payments to offset recent property expenditures made to combat the effects of COVID-19. 

The COVID-19 Supplemental Payments (CSP) are to cover costs for additional cleaning and disinfecting, additional staff, face coverings, and other expenses to help keep properties safe for residents.  

Remember, the deadline for submissions is Wednesday, August 5, 2020. 

Owner/agents should contact their assigned HUD Account Executive or Contract Administrator with any questions about property eligibility for a CSP.
