There have been several changes to income inclusions and exclusions since the release of HH 4350.3 Change 4 in December 2013.
As a result, several industry stakeholders have asked if there is a single updated list.
We have put together a list of income inclusions and exclusions with links to references used to provide updated information. This includes information provided in various Final Rules, HUD Notices and HUD Memos including the latest change in reference to Community Solar Credits.
Keep in mind that this is not an “official” list, but rather a resource provided to our customers to be used as a reference tool.
