Valuable Resource Materials

We've gather information specific to HUD's Multifamily Housing Programs to provide a "one-stop" resource related to various topics.

HOTMA Resources
There is a lot of confusion about how HOTMA changes will affect HUD's Multifamily Housing Programs.  Go to our HOTMA Resources Page to find links to HUD's resources.  Also check out documents we have created such as the HOTMA TSP Checklist and HOTMA EIV Checklist.  We created these two forms to help you ensure that your updated policies include required information.  We have also developed implementation checklists and other resources you may find helpful as you prepare to implement HOTMA.

Whether you're just getting started and need information about accessing HUD's Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS) or if you're looking for resources to help you understand how TRACS works, we can help.  Check out our TRACS Resource Page for complete information about how HUD's database works.
EIV Resources
HUD's Enterprise Income Verification System (EIV) provides information sourced from the Social Security Administration (SSA), the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) and HUD to help owner/agents verify income and identify potential improper payments.  Our resources can help you understand how to access EIV, what the use requirements are and how HOTMA affects EIV.
RBD Miscellaneous Resources
Check oput various forms created by RBD to assist owner/agents who are required to comply with HUD Multifamily Housing program rules.
RBD FASTFacts
Like any industry resource, we often are asked the same question multiple times.  Sometimes the responses are a little "involved".  If you have a particular question, check out our FASTFacts to see if we provide a comprehensive explanation.  In some cases, a related, free FASTClass is available as well.
